Formatters

Let agents respect project formatting instead of guessing style.

Formatting should come from the project, not the model. Put formatter expectations in AGENTS.md, especially in monorepos where each package may differ. Ask NextOS to inspect package scripts before running formatters. Keep formatter commands scoped to touched files or packages so reviews stay small.
