Build against NextOS runtime APIs.

The SDK lets applications talk to the NextOS runtime without reimplementing protocol details. Use it for session explorers, permission dashboards, memory editors, task viewers, provider checks, and internal workflow launchers. Regenerate the JavaScript SDK after API changes with ./packages/sdk/js/script/build.ts.
